IOGP’s Engineering Directorate has published its Q2 highlights. These include: Joint Industry Sprint [JIS-01) publishing the specification for implementing a Material Digital Passport for equipment and components; JIP35 publishing the supplementary specification for floating offshore structures; the Subsea Committee publishing a CCS design guidance document, generating considerable interest from the operators, suppliers, and regulators; and the launch of a new Joint Industry Sprint [JIS-02] on additive manufacturing of components for the oil and gas industry.
